⁉WHAT TO EXPECT

• Warm-up: Every run starts with a guided warm-up and a group welcome.

• Drop your stuff: A safe spot inside to stash coats, bags, and keys.

• Distance: Loop-based routes so you can add on or cut back.

• Run lead & sweep on loop one: We’ll guide the first loop with a lead and a sweep - after that if you’d like to set out for more miles just follow the route.

🥨STAY FOR THE VIBES

After the run, you’re invited to stay and hang out! Born Brewing offers a pint & pretzel deal just for the SRC Crew. Grab a drink, meet someone new, and celebrate another run well done.

👟KIDS + STROLLERS

We love seeing families out at the run! Connection and running should be for everyone.

Strollers are welcome!

Kids on foot are also welcome, as long as they can confidently run or run/walk 5K and are actively supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. For safety reasons, we don’t permit unaccompanied minors or younger children who aren’t yet ready to cover the full distance.

✍️ WAIVER + COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

All participants will be asked to sign a waiver before their first run. Safety and mutual respect are non-negotiable.

We ask that all runners:

• Share the path and be kind to other users

• Watch for bikes, cars and pedestrians

• Encourage, include, and look out for each other
