Designed to help you confidently reach your race day goal, I will create a fully personalized plan tailored to your unique goals, fitness level, and schedule.
A Fully Personalized Plan
I'll take the time and care to work with you - the unique athlete that you are! You can expect me to meet you where you are and design a training plan to help you get to the startline of your goal race. I'll assess your running history, current fitness, and training availability, and craft a plan that reflects your needs.
Coach Check-ins Along the Way
A plan is more than just a schedule, it's a collaboration between athlete and coach. Each plan includes three well-timed check-ins: before your plan starts, midway through, and just before race day. These sessions ensure your training is on point and adjustments can be made if needed.
Check-ins Include:
Initial Consultation: A 45-minute to 1-hour call to understand your goals and set the foundation.
Midway Check-in: Assess progress and make necessary adjustments. For programs over 12-weeks this is a video/phone call session.
Pre-Race Planning Call: Strategize for a successful race day
Pre and post-run routines with clear instructions for each workout
Comprehensive fueling guide and race day nutrition planning
Basic strength training routines, with an option to upgrade to a monthly strength plan
