1:1 Coaching

1:1 Coaching offers a comprehensive and personalized approach to training, supported by a coach who genuinely cares about your progress.  We provide you with training that's yours alone, shaped around your strengths, areas for growth, and the realities of your schedule. Every decision we make is with your long-term progress, enjoyment, and well-being in mind. This isn’t just coaching, it’s a partnership where your success matters to us as much as it matters to you.​

Training that adapts with you

We’ll connect every week for email check-ins so you can share how things are going and I can see how your training is lining up with the plan. We'll review your workouts, offer feedback, and make changes where needed so you keep moving forward. Once a month we’ll hop on a call to dive deeper into your progress, talk through race strategies, or work through any challenges you’re facing. And if something comes up between those times, you can email us any time! 

More than just running​

Your training includes pre- and post-run routines to keep you moving well and reduce your injury risk, plus strength work to build power and resilience. You’ll get race day planning, fueling strategies, a pre-race call, and all the little details that help you show up ready to run your best. With 1:1 Coaching, you’re never on your own, you’ve got a coach who knows you, cares about your goals, and works with you to make them happen.

Your training is expertly designed by a professional coach, tailored to your unique needs, and delivered through a user-friendly app.

 

Weekly Check-Ins + Workout Analysis

Stay on track with weekly communication and feedback on your sessions.

 

Monthly Coaching Call

60-minute call with your coach each month via phone or video chat. This is your dedicated time to dive into progress, ask questions, and fine-tune your training with personal support.

 

Unlimited Email Support + Schedule Adjustments

Ask questions, make changes, or get feedback - we've got you! 

 

Pre- and Post-Run Routines

Includes mobility, drills, and warm-up guidance.

 

Strength Training Included

Basic strength routines are part of your plan, with the option to upgrade to a more comprehensive monthly strength program.

 

Race Day Planning

Get expert guidance leading into your key races, including a pre-race strategy call and detailed race week planning.

 

Fueling + Nutrition Support

You'll also benefit from a comprehensive fueling guide and race day nutrition plan, crafted to support your performance and recovery.
