Skyline Run Coaching is built around deep expertise, communication, and genuine care. As both a coach and lifelong competitive runner, I bring years of experience in performance, athlete development, and the very human side of training.
My approach is highly personalized, thoughtful, and collaborative. Coaching should honour your individuality, which means acknowledging your life outside of running while still helping you move toward your full potential. This work has always been about seeing the person behind the runner.

Since 2017, I’ve coached hundreds of runners, from first timers to sub elites, and mentored over a dozen coaches in the craft of thoughtful, athlete centred coaching.
Skyline was built from a simple belief, recreational runners deserve high quality coaching, clear communication, and someone who sees the full person behind the training.

Coaching with limitations on communication isn't actually coaching, is it? 1:1 coaching has no restrictive limits on the number of emails or questions you can ask. You're free to reach out as often as you need. Whether it's a quick question, a concern, or a more detailed discussion, we're here to respond with the support you deserve.

Weekly Check-Ins + Workout Analysis
Stay on track with weekly communication and feedback on your sessions.
Monthly Coaching Call
60-minute call with your coach each month via phone or video chat. This is your dedicated time to dive into progress, ask questions, and fine-tune your training with personal support.
Unlimited Email Support + Schedule Adjustments
Ask questions, make changes, or get feedback - we've got you!
Pre- and Post-Run Routines
Includes mobility, drills, and warm-up guidance.
Strength Training Included
Basic strength routines are part of your plan, with the option to upgrade to a more comprehensive monthly strength program.
Race Day Planning
Get expert guidance leading into your key races, including a pre-race strategy call and detailed race week planning.
Fueling + Nutrition Support
Includes a fueling guide, plus intra-run and race-day nutrition strategies tailored to your needs.

Creating equitable opportunities for everyone is important to me and for that reason I'm humbled to put it out there that I have athlete spots with flexible and affordable monthly fees for runners that otherwise would not be able to access professional run coaching.
With an understanding that systemic barriers exist in our sport offering affordable options is a small first step in dismantling a system where financial resources dictate the availability of opportunity.
