Basic Coaching

What's Included​

Our Basic Coaching option gives you highly personalized training, designed by your coach specifically for your goals, history, and lifestyle. Your plan is updated bi-weekly so it continues to match your progress, schedule, and any changes in your life. You’ll get expertly tailored workouts delivered through the Training Peaks app, along with mobility and strength routines, race day planning, and fueling guidance. You can reach out by email whenever you need support or adjustments, and your coach will make sure your training stays on track. This is not a “set it and forget it” program - it’s still very hands-on, with your coach monitoring your training and making sure it evolves with you.

How it’s Different from 1:1 Coaching

The main difference comes down to the frequency and depth of communication. With Basic Coaching, you won’t have the weekly check-ins or monthly coaching calls that 1:1 athletes receive. Instead, we focus on building and adjusting your training plan proactively every two weeks, with you reaching out as needed for questions or changes. This makes Basic Coaching a great fit if you want a high-quality, individualized plan, and value having a coach in your corner without the extra layer of monthly calls and weekly feedback.

Who It’s For

Basic Coaching is perfect for runners who want a personal, high-quality training plan and the guidance of a coach, but prefer a bit more independence in their day-to-day training. It’s ideal if you’re self-driven, like having flexibility in how you communicate, and still want the reassurance that your plan is being updated regularly to match your progress. You’ll have a coach who knows you, understands your goals, and is always there when you need them — without the extra commitment of weekly check-ins or scheduled calls.

Fuel + Hydration Guidance  

You'll also benefit from a comprehensive fueling guide and race day nutrition plan, crafted to support your performance and recovery. 

Strength Training
