Coach Jocelyn Fredine
Jocelyn’s love of health & wellness began while at Acadia University obtaining her Bachelor of Kinesiology, yet she only started running in 2013 after her second son was born. What started off as a way to get outside with her little ones quickly became the only thing that was truly hers, and allowed her to see what she was capable of. She progressed from the 10k distance to completing over 20 half marathons & 6 marathons including qualifying for the Boston Marathon in 2019. Jocelyn ran Boston in 2022 & is currently preparing for the Chicago Marathon this fall.
Jocelyn has worked in the professional sporting world as a Certified Athletic Therapist for the past 20 years and is excited to bridge the gap between her passion for running and helping others reach their athletic goals. She is NCCP Endurance Club Coached trained, and has a wealth of knowledge about recovering from injury and returning to running safely. As a mom of 3 busy boys, she understands the delicate balance of family and life, and how to still pursue personal goals.
