How fast should you be running your recovery runs? What about fartleks, 800’s, strides, hills, repeats, long runs…? What type of strength training is appropriate for you? Which workouts should you be doing to achieve your best result and how often? The internet is a wealth of both good and bad running information and it can be difficult to decipher which training runs will benefit you or if a cookie-cuter plan suits your needs. 


A majority of injuries come from training errors - too much, too soon or too fast. 1-on-1 run coaching takes the guess work out of your training and helps you to reach your peak performance with an eye on long term athletic development. If you are new runner looking to run your first race, or an experienced athlete looking to step-up your game, let’s talk!

Basic Coaching

$160.00 CDN/ month

$100 onboarding fee (applied to first month only) - includes a start-up call + in-depth analysis of training history

  • An expertly designed, periodized training plan that is tailored to your needs and updated weekly based on your feedback

  • Weekly schedule analysis, adjustments + follow-up from your coach

  • Ongoing email communication

  • Pre-run routines + clearly explained directions on each running workout

  • Pre-race planning session calls

  • Nutrition guide and intra-run + race day nutrition planning

  • A basic strength program

  • Access to a network of professional services such as physiotherapy + massage

  • Access to the Skyline Run Coaching Athletes community on Slack

  • Option to add-on Monthly Strength Plan

  • Group practices for YYC athletes

Premium Coaching

$180.00 CDN /month

  • Pre-race planning session calls

  • Nutrition guide and intra-run + race day nutrition planning

  • A basic strength program

  •  Access to a local network of professional services such as physiotherapy + massage 

  • Access to the Skyline Run Coaching Athletes community on Slack

  • Option to add-on Monthly Strength Plan

Premium Pro Coaching

$250.00 CDN/month OR 220.00/month on a 6-month commitment

$100 onboarding fee (applied to first month only) - includes a start-up call + in-depth analysis of training history

  • An expertly designed, periodized training plan that is tailored to your needs and updated weekly based on your feedback

  • Weekly schedule analysis,  adjustments and unlimited communication with your coach via email + monthly one-on-one video call check-in

  • Pre-run routines, clearly explained directions on each running workout and special directions from your coach

  • An expertly designed, periodized training plan that is tailored to your needs and updated weekly based on your feedback and run analysis

  • Pre-race calls

  • Nutrition guide and intra-run + race day nutrition planning

  • Monthly Strength Plan included 

  • Gait analysis via a certified RunDNA gait analyst + guided work to improve running mechanics

  •  Access to a local network of professional services like physiotherapy + massage 

  • Access to the Skyline Run Coaching Athletes community on Slack

  • Group practices for YYC athletes

150.00 + tax (for SRC Athletes)

200.00 + tax for non-athletes

Includes:

• A detailed breakdown of observations from video analysis

• Key takeaways (1-2 priority items to work on)

• An actionable plan to address strength and mobility deficients through specific exercises and drills

• Follow up call

With an understanding that systemic barriers exist in our sport offering affordable options is a small first step in dismantling a system where financial resources dictate the availability of opportunity.
