
MEET HIGH PERFORMANCE HANDLING
High Performance Handling is a comprehensive 14-week program that aims to help you develop the physical tools required to thrive on the agility course and in life.
Pairing the skills of a top level agility handler with the expertise of an accomplished athlete and trainer, we have created a fitness program that is unlike any other.
This triphasic program takes you through three blocks of training. In phase 1 you will develop a rock solid foundation of movement skills, stability and structural strength. In phase two - you will train to build functional muscles mass, and explosive and reactive strength. In phase three you will transition to highly specialized agility specific skills.
Through an intelligently designed program that highlights the specific adaptations needed to handle at a competitive level, High Performance Handling will help you take your fitness to the next level.
Program components are scaleable and intended for athletes of varying fitness levels and backgrounds provided you have physician clearance to participate in a fitness program!
