Specialty Group Coaching geared toward a sub 90min. half + a sub 2 hour half

Program begins February 21st

SUB 90 MIN. HALF

Group lead by Coach Leanne + Coach Jill
• Completed a sub 1:40:00 half marathon
• Have a weekly mileage of 40-50k by Feb 21, 2022
• Be able to commit to 4-5 days of training / week.

SUB 2 HOUR HALF

Group lead by Coach Lynsey + Coach Brenda
• Before February 21st have a consistent weekly volume of 15-20km
• Have completed a 10km in 55-57min. or a 5km in 25-27min.
