2025 Calgary Marathon Group Coaching
We’re thrilled to kick off our 5th year of Group Coaching, designed to prepare you for the 2025 Servus Calgary Marathon Race Weekend on Sunday, May 25th. Whether you’re aiming for the Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K, or 5K, our group coaching experience offers a supportive and motivating environment for everyone.

Why group coaching?
Group coaching is a great option for those that want to train for a specific race without the long-term + financial commitment of 1:1 coaching. Take part in a highly supported, superlative coaching experience while enjoying the perks of being part of an established group.

lululemon Skyline Run Coaching branded singlet to rock on your training runs and race day
Individual onboarding call with your coach
Pre-race support including a race-day plan, individual pre-race call, and a fuelling guide to help you nail your race-day nutrition
Pre-race team shake-out run in YYC.
A Slack community where you can connect with other SRC athletes
Cost:
5k + 10k Group: 420.00 + GST
Half Marathon + Marathon: 450.00 + GST​
Key Dates:
Registration Deadline: Monday, February 3rd, 2025
Start: Monday, February 17th, 2025
Shake-out run: Saturday, May 24th, 2025
Race day: Sunday, May 25th, 2025​
Refund Policy:
As professional running coaches working within our scope of practice is essential. This means that in the event of a suspected injury we will urge you to seek guidance from a medical professional to determine the appropriate next steps and when you can safely return to running. Please note that if you withdraw from the program past the halfway point a refund cannot be provided. If an injury disrupts your training before the halfway point of the program you will be offered free signup for a future group program with a note from a medical professional. ​

• No minimum prerequisite distance. This is a beginner friendly program that can benefit an established runner or someone starting from scratch.
• Able to commit to three days a week of running
10K
• Minimum 10km weekly base mileage
• Long run distance: 6km​
• Able to commit to three days a week of running
HALF MARATHON
• Minimum 20km weekly base mileage
• Long run distance: 12km
• Able to commit to three days a week of running
MARATHON
• Minimum 30km weekly base mileage
• Long run distance: 20km
• Able to commit to four days a week of running
